EZ BioPac® is a high-efficiency single-use powder transfer system designed for faster, cleaner media and buffer preparation in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. The purpose-built bag features a large top opening for rapid filling and easy adjustment to target weight, while a separate discharge outlet and antistatic polymer construction enable fast, clean powder flow with residuals typically 2 g or less in a 5 kg bag.
A protective skirt helps prevent contamination of the bag exterior and support stand, reducing clean-up requirements in regulated production environments. EZ BioPac® integrates with lifting bars, powder bag stands and split butterfly valve technology to support safe, controlled powder dispensing across a wide range of volumes and flow rates.
