Product Description
The FWS Eco-Steam Washer is Fedegari’s latest industrial washing solution designed for GMP environments across the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries. Using steam directly within the washing cycle, the system improves cleaning performance while reducing the need for detergents, water and energy.
Steam acts as both a cleaning agent and heat source, with direct injection into the chamber eliminating the need for additional heating elements and creating a cleaner washing environment. The natural emollient effect of steam helps remove greasy and sticky residues, while filtered compressed air (Pall vent filter, 0.22 μm) enhances the mechanical action of washing and rinsing.
Final drying is achieved using HEPA H14-filtered hot air, ensuring complete drying of both the chamber and the load.
