Product Description
The NovAseptic® male bearing (HS standard) is a critical component of the high shear mixing system, designed to support and stabilise the mixing head within the vessel. Mounted directly to the tank plate, it ensures correct alignment and smooth rotation during operation, even under high shear conditions.
Engineered for hygienic, high-performance environments, the male bearing plays a key role in maintaining consistent mixing performance while supporting sterile, closed processing.

- Temperature range: 5 to 135 °C (41 to 275 °F)
- Surface: Electropolished, Ra < 0.8 µm
- Material: 1.4435 (316L stainless steel)
- Male bearing: Ceramic SiC (SSiC)
- O-ring: EPDM
- Each unit is individually labelled for full traceability
- Special materials such as Hastelloy, C22, 1.4539 and custom solutions available on request
