Product Description
The NovAseptic® USM mixing head is purpose-built for upstream applications requiring higher energy input and controlled medium to high shear mixing. Compared to the GMP mixer, the USM transfers significantly more energy into the vessel, enabling faster and more effective mixing.
This makes it ideal for dissolving difficult powders, improving suspension, and supporting demanding upstream bioprocess operations where efficient dispersion is critical.

- Surface: Electropolished, Ra < 0.5µm
- Material: 1.4435 (316L stainless steel)
- Female bearing: Ceramic SiC (SSiC)
