The NovAseptic HS Mixer is engineered for high-shear mixing applications where intensive energy input is required to disperse solids, create emulsions, or reduce particle size.

Installed directly into a mixing vessel, the HS mixer delivers shear rates of up to approximately 20,000 s⁻¹, making it highly effective for processes involving insoluble materials, emulsification, or rapid wetting of powders.

The HS mixer supports tank volumes of up to approximately 1,500 litres, providing powerful mixing capability while maintaining the hygienic benefits of the NovAseptic magnetic drive design.
